The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Advisor to join Mills Oakley on a full-time basis. You will form part of the national HR team and will be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Facilitate the L&D induction process for new starters;
- Assist with administration of compliance and training systems (Sentrient and Velpic).
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess and identify training and development needs across the Firm;
- Deliver training on a variety of systems including Affinity, NetDocuments, Microsoft Office products, and more;
- Manage the L&D inbox and respond to enquiries in a timely and competent manner;
- Manage the L&D calendar and organise CPD sessions with subject matter experts; and
- Maintain and review Intranet resources to ensure materials are up to date.
Who We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will have between 1-2 years' experience in learning and development. This is a fantastic opportunity for a coordinator looking to take the next step in their career. You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Enthusiasm about professional development and continuous learning is essential. The role will suit an individual who is proactive and self-motivated. You will have a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
