Role Overview:
Our Marketing Business Partners work closely with our business units to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance our brand presence. You will drive brand awareness and engagement through creative campaigns, support the promotion of our services, ensuring they reach and resonate with our target audience and contribute to a mission-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive client engagement, service growth, and brand awareness.
- Campaign Management: Manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with service goals.
- Brand Consistency: Support the organization's brand strategy and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Partnership Management: Act as the primary marketing partner for identified services, working closely with internal teams and external agencies.
- Digital Marketing: Lead online marketing initiatives including website updates, SEO, social media strategies, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Capability Development: Educate and upskill leaders and managers on marketing best practices and strategies.

- Demonstrated experience in a business partnering role, with a focus on strategic planning and execution within a marketing function.
