The Marketing Support Coordinator will provide key administrative support to the GM of Marketing and Engagement, GM of Brand, and GM of Customer Technology, ensuring smooth operations across the team. This role will involve managing diaries, booking and scheduling travel, and processing expense claims while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. You will also play a vital role in coordinating team events such as Townhalls and webinars, preparing PowerPoint presentations, and assisting with marketing project management and the execution of campaigns.
Additionally, the role will include organising team meetings and offsites, managing logistical aspects such as venue booking, catering and agenda preparation. You will support meeting requirements, collect and prepare information for meetings and help with any ad-hoc queries. As a Marketing Support Coordinator, you will also assist with special projects and contribute to the overall efficiency of the marketing function, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.
What you will bring
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent secondary school qualification, with a business degree (or similar) preferred but not essential
- 5+ years of hands-on, solution-focused business support experience, accustomed to a busy and diverse role
- Background in executive support for senior leadership
- Tech-savvy with strong skills in Office Suite
- Exceptional relationship and communication skills with a high level of discretion and sensitivity in handling confidential matters
- Strong attention to detail and business acumen with the ability to make sound judgments and quick decisions
- Experience working in complex businesses undergoing significant transformation and remediation
- Ability to work effectively within the organisation's complex decision-making and structures
