About the Role
RACQ is looking for a fun, energetic and customer service superstar to join our Brisbane relief team working across multiple stores in the Brisbane region. No experience necessary - just a willingness to learn! We will provide a comprehensive and tailored training programme to set you up for success.
As a Member Engagement Consultant, you will create exceptional customer service experiences for our members as you deliver tailored solutions across a range of assistance, insurance and banking products and services.
- Rate of pay at commencement is $33.40 + Super + Penalty Rates!
- Rostered between 8:30am - 5:00pm Mon to Fri and 9:15am - 12.15pm every second Saturday with a rostered weekday off each fortnight
- Additional travel allowance applies
About you:
Customer service and a desire to help is key. We are seeking applicants who love to help others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, build meaningful relationships with colleagues, and have an excellent work ethic.
You will be eager to learn, happy to deal with members face-to-face and via phone, and have a can-do attitude. Strong written, verbal, and communication skills are essential.
