What you will do
In this varied and interesting role, the Office Coordinator will be the welcoming and cheerful first point of contact for incoming enquiries and visitors to our site while managing the day-to-day office and working environment for our employees as part of our busy facilities team.
- Day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a safe working environment for all visitors and staff
- Maintaining stock of office supplies, stationary, consumables
- Support with coordinating maintenance of building facilities and equipment
- Assist with office events including catering for meetings
- Support new employee onboarding with induction tours, access passes, new starter packs and desk set up
- Respond to incoming calls and managing queries employees
- Welcoming visitors and assisting them accordingly
- Handle mail, deliveries, document filing and general correspondence
What you will bring
We are looking for a cheerful and enthusiastic people person who enjoys variety in their role and works at their best in a fast-paced environment. You be someone who enjoys learning new things and pitching in with your team when they need assistance.
- 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Highly capable MS Office skills and the willingness to learn multiple systems
- Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Able to thrive in fast paced, complex business environments
