About the Role:

As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of our client's day-to-day operations. This dynamic role will have you overseeing a wide variety of tasks, including:

  1. Leading the end-to-end service for sale and lease campaigns
  2. Creating detailed commercial information memorandums and proposals
  3. Managing electronic direct marketing creation and distribution
  4. Developing detailed financial breakdowns for large-scale assets
  5. Designing and distributing internal and external marketing materials
  6. Maintaining client relationships and providing executive assistance
  7. Overseeing CRM software maintenance and contract administration
  8. Handling general office operations to ensure smooth business flow

You will work closely with the team and clients, contributing to strategic initiatives and supporting the growth of this highly reputable agency.

About You:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  1. Proven experience in office management within a commercial or real estate agency setting
  2. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  3. Proficiency in creating compelling marketing and proposal materials

  5. Strong client relationship management skills
  6. Familiarity with CRM software and general office operations
  7. A proactive attitude and ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
  8. Certificate of registration in Real estate
