The Role
  • Manage a small portfolio. Portfolio within 10km from the office
  • Admin support and Inspections support
  • Flexible with half day off every month
Skills & Experience
  • Previous property management experience ESSENTIAL
  • Intermediate MS Office skills & Tech Savy to navigate CRM (Property Me)
  • Personal accountability & compliant with procedures & processes
  • Reliability to work unattended out on the road & time management
  • Ability to deliver high-end customer service to owners and tenants
  • Property Management Registration essential
