Job Description

As the Partnership Development Manager, you will focus on driving business growth by identifying and managing strategic relationships within the travel sector. This includes optimising the current supplier ecosystem to improve operational efficiency and translating product strategy, brand positioning, and communications into effective marketing campaigns that drive sales, market share growth, and enhance brand visibility. This role combines strategic sourcing, relationship management, and business development to create value through travel supplier partnerships.

Day to day you'll be

  • Develop and execute travel supplier strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, including marketing programs and integration requirements
  • Create innovative joint business plans to drive mutual growth and value creation
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers across key product and customer categories
  • Build and maintain a partnership pipeline to support business growth targets
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover new sourcing opportunities
  • Build relationships with key travel industry players (airlines, hotels, OTAs, car rentals)
  • Identify emerging travel trends and partnership opportunities
  • Drive supplier innovation initiatives and cost reduction opportunities
  • Lead supplier diversity and sustainability programs, while enhancing supplier relationships

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • 5+ years' experience in supplier management or business development
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Strong track record in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations
  • Established network of relevant industry contacts as well as experience in the travel industry
  • In-depth understanding of supplier relationship management
  • Skilled in supplier performance management
  • Proficient in sourcing tools and supplier management systems
