We have a great opportunity for a Payroll Officer to join our team in Forth, Tasmania. You will be responsible for payroll, compliance & management reporting functions for employees who work across our factory, farm, fleet and maintenance business areas. It's a great time to join us as we have recently implemented a new Payroll Business System called Employment Hero to support this function for the company.
Key Requirements - Must have at least 12 months experience in processing fortnightly pays for up to 300 employees preferably using the Employment Hero business system.
- Experience overseeing workers compensation in your current/past positions.
- Proficiency with the MS Suite of Products (Excel, Word & Outlook), with advanced knowledge of Excel.
- A reporting guru, with an ability to prepare timely and accurate management reporting for business planning, audit, and compliance purposes.
- Knowledge and understanding of various industrial instruments (preferably the Horticulture Award and working within the provisions of Enterprise Agreements).
