Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage bi-weekly payroll for approximately 150 employees using Paycom.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
Maintain accurate payroll records, deductions, and adjustments.
Assist with payroll reporting and audits as needed.
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.

Qualifications:

Experience with Paycom payroll software is required.
Multi-state payroll experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of payroll taxes, compliance, and reporting requirements.
