This is a fantastic development role with a clear pathway to becoming a People & Culture Business Partner. You'll gain broad exposure to the entire employee lifecycle, working hands-on with leaders to influence and embed best people practices across the business.
What You'll Be Doing:- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with leaders and key stakeholders, providing tailored HR advice and support to ensure alignment with business goals and cultural objectives.
- Coaching & Development: Work directly with leaders, coaching them through challenging people issues and supporting the development of high-performing teams.
- Expert Advice: Provide expert advice on a broad range of HR matters, with a focus on IR, ER, and performance management, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
- Hands-on Support: Be present on-site, working closely with leaders and teams, getting to the heart of people challenges and driving positive outcomes.
- People and Culture Growth: Contribute to the development and execution of people initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and drive organisational success.
What We're Looking For:- Experience: You have proven experience in HR advisory roles (minimum 2 years), with a strong foundation in IR, ER, and performance management.
- Hands-On Approach: You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves, work on the ground, and engage directly with leaders and teams.
- Stakeholder Management: You have a track record of building solid relationships with key stakeholders and have the ability to influence at all levels.
