Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

A bit about us:

We represent people who have been seriously injured due to the negligence of a corporation, business, governmental entity or individual with insurance. We specialize in a wide array of injury cases with an emphasis on brain, spine and catastrophic injuries. We also represent individuals in a range of employment matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation and more.

  • Managing a caseload of 30-40 cases acting as the lead attorney through all aspects of litigation from filing through trial
  • Developing case strategies and theories
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Taking and defending depositions including plaintiff, defendant, experts, and more
  • Engaging in settlement negotiations
  • Acting as second chair in trials
  • Maintaining client communication to provide updates on case progress
  • Overseeing and directing Paralegal and other support staff

Job Details

We are on the hunt for a dedicated, assertive, and highly skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 3+ years' experience in personal injury civil litigation (Plaintiff Side)
  • Ability to work in Torrance, CA office at least 4 days/week
  • Experience managing own caseload including taking/defending motions, drafting motions, discovery, etc.
  • Trial experience a plus but not required.
