We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with a passion for justice and a commitment to excellence. This is a unique opportunity to join an established legal firm and work with a dynamic team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a focus on personal injury law, with specific experience in catastrophic, car, truck, motorcycle, and bicycle injury cases. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires at least 6 years of experience in the field.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, from inception through to resolution.
2. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and attend court hearings.
3. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
4. Provide legal advice and representation to clients who have suffered personal injuries.
5. Develop case strategies based on the facts of the case and the client's goals.
6. Work collaboratively with a team of professionals, including paralegals and legal assistants.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law and legal trends.
8. Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding for clients dealing with physical pain, emotional distress, and financial hardship.
9. Meet with potential new clients and determine the firm's ability to represent them effectively.
10. Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and build relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
3. At least 6 years of experience practicing personal injury law, with a focus on catastrophic, car, truck, motorcycle, and bicycle injury cases.
4. Proven track record of successfully negotiating and litigating personal injury cases.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Passion for helping people and a commitment to justice.
10. Experience with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
12. Willingness to travel for court appearances and client meetings.
