Job Description
1. Customer Engagement Interact with potential customers to understand their technical needs and challenges. Attend meetings, calls, or presentations with sales teams to engage with prospects Tailor technical proposals to meet the specific needs and interests of each prospect. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively. 2. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of the company's products and their technical aspects. Knowledge of relevant technologies and industry standards. Stay updated on product updates and industry trends. Knowledge of the automatic net weight filling and capping Ability to interact with the engineering department and the suppliers 3. Solution Design: Collaborate with sales teams to design solutions that address customer requirements. Develop technical proposals and documentation. Ability to identify and solve technical challenges for customers. Analytical thinking to assess customer needs and propose solutions. 4. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project. Problem-solving skills to address project risks. Experience in high-risk chemical industry segment 5. Collaboration : Collaborate with international cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, design, purchase, supply, production, and customer service departments (design teams headquartered in France) Ensure alignment between technical and business objectives.
