Job Description
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $137,592 - $185,000 /yr. The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside in California and most states. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Masters degree in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field, plus 2 years of experience in product engineering. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in 2 of the following: electro-mechanical system design and manufacturing; systems engineering and integration; statistical methods for modeling multivariate data sets; statistical process control; plasma modeling; vacuum systems; or semiconductors. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience operating 4 of the following instruments/techniques: Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM); CDSEM; XPS; Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR); Ellipsometry; EDX; Optical Emission Spectroscopy; Laser spectroscopy; Spectrashape; oscilloscope; or spectrometer. Must have at least 1 year of experience in 1 of the following software/programs: CAD; OrCAD; LabView; Matlab; JMP; OpenMP; Fortran; C; C#; Python; CCM+; Fluent; Comsol; Origin; or Maxwell.
