About the role Reporting to the Account Manager and working as part of the in-house advertising team, you will assist with the efficient and effective production of advertising material.
Responsibilities include: - Confidently liaising with internal staff, business units, and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining and updating files as required.
- Consistently meeting strict deadlines.
- Managing changes and correspondence effectively.
- Overseeing copywriters and designers to ensure timely completion of work.
- Making informed judgments and identifying potential issues.
- Other ad hoc duties to assist with the efficient running of GP Advertising.
About you You will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills. You will thrive on learning new concepts and adeptly supporting the team with various tasks simultaneously.
You will also have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to follow procedures and work independently.
- Ability to identify issues and make informed decisions as required.
- A proactive and supportive attitude towards assisting other team members.
