Ventia has an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our 5 Year Western Power contract, based at our NEW facility in Forrestdale. This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday.

About the role:

  • Providing support for operational personnel with regards to training on relevant procurement systems
  • Assisting with reviewing & updating of purchase orders, open requisitions, & accounts payable workflow
  • Creating and maintaining reports on works completion and progress
  • Organising and booking travel, accommodation, and transport

About you:

  • Proven experience in a Project Administration environment within the Procurement Industry (preferred)
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel
  • Time management, planning, resourcing, and organisational skills
  • Problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Tertiary qualifications or experience in Procurement or Contract Management desirable but not essential
