Job Description

Our client is a leading commercial fit-out company known for delivering exceptional and innovative workspaces. With a strong pipeline of exciting projects, they are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join their team and support their continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial fit-out projects.
  2. Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  3. Maintain project documentation, schedules, and budgets with meticulous attention to detail.
  4. Coordinate site logistics and support on-site teams to ensure smooth project workflow.
  5. Identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track.

About you:

  1. Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator / Project Coordinator within the fitout and refurbishment space.
  2. Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management is preferred, but not essential.
  3. Demonstrated experience delivering Commercial fitout and refurbishment projects.
  4. Knowledge of NSW construction market and subcontractors.
  5. Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills.
  6. Experience using Procore will be highly regarded.
