Our client is a leading commercial fit-out company known for delivering exceptional and innovative workspaces. With a strong pipeline of exciting projects, they are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join their team and support their continued growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial fit-out projects.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and budgets with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate site logistics and support on-site teams to ensure smooth project workflow.
- Identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track.
About you:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator / Project Coordinator within the fitout and refurbishment space.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management is preferred, but not essential.
- Demonstrated experience delivering Commercial fitout and refurbishment projects.
- Knowledge of NSW construction market and subcontractors.
- Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills.
- Experience using Procore will be highly regarded.
