Our client is one of the world's leading construction companies with a diverse portfolio of commercial and government projects. They currently have a $1B+ project located in Melbourne's West.
They require an experienced Project Engineer/Project Coordinator to help deliver this iconic health project that is due to be completed by 2030.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liaising with stakeholders from each department (design, development, and construction) and providing the necessary construction input and updates.
- Managing detail design of complex packages.
- Developing design and construction programmes.
- Developing construction preliminaries and supervision estimates.
- Obtaining trade pricing and feedback to assist in developing project budgets.
Desired Experience:
- Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong programming and project planning skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills (ability to work across multiple projects at various stages concurrently).
- Well-rounded experience across all project phases (concept to delivery and completion).
