- Support engineers with invoicing, tender submissions, and documentation compliance
- Assist with expense management and administrative coordination
- Provide general office support to the wider team
- Processing expenses
- Ensuring documentation is compliant
- Tracking of projects
- Reporting
About You:
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Experience in project support, invoicing, or document management
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems
- Experience in formatting documents, ideally tender submissions.
