The Role
Do you have experience in project support and interested in building projects and looking for your next career move?
In this varied role you will provide contract and project management support to the Building Projects Team. You will ensure the team effectively plans and delivers building projects based on priority and service levels.
You will be responsible for providing support for contracts and preparation of documentation such as feasibility reports, specifications, procurement, financial and program reviews for the team's projects.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have contract or project management support experience with demonstrated skills in providing a high standard of customer service. The ability to solve problems using creativity and originality with the ability to work on diverse projects are essential for this role.
General knowledge and understanding of property management principles and practices is desirable.
A satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
