Breight Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Maintenance Officer to be responsible for our tier 1 client's residential property portfolio.
This is an Onslow town-based residential position on a casual basis reporting to the Property Manager.This is not a FIFO position and FIFO will not be considered.
Key Duties: - General yard maintenance of all residential properties
- Lawn mowing and lawn edging
- Landscaping and tree pruning
- Maintenance and repair of all pools, pool pumps, and equipment
- Testing and maintenance of pool water
- Working to a property maintenance schedule
- Undertaking light maintenance duties
About You: We are looking for great people who enjoy their work, are interested in being part of a team, and have a strong belief in a safety-first culture. We also need the following from you:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Driver's Licence
- Knowledge in the safe use of tools and equipment required to perform all tasks
- Ability to undertake routine cleaning and maintenance duties
- Ability to work safely and understand best practices in pool and garden maintenance environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer skills, record keeping, ordering, and inventory management
- Strong professional presentation
