Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a portfolio of 130-200 properties, depending on experience
2. Handle all aspects of portfolio management, including maintenance coordination and tenant relations
3. Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections (no routine inspections required)
4. Work closely with a well-resourced admin and tech support team to reduce admin workload
5. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
6. Provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants
7. Collaborate with a high-performing property management team

1. No routine inspections - dedicated team in place
2. No leasing - handled by a separate leasing team
3. No accounts - handled by a trust accounts specialist
4. Minimal admin - strong Business Support Officers (BSOs) and technology assist with daily tasks

2. Certificate of Registration (COR) required
3. Experience with Property Me is preferred but not essential
