We're looking for a proactive and driven professional to join a leading real estate team in Cairns. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same!
You'll be: - Building strong relationships with owners, tenants & contractors
- Coordinating property inspections and ensuring maintenance is actioned efficiently
- Managing enquiries and assisting with leasing processes to keep properties tenanted
- Overseeing lease agreements, rental applications & compliance requirements
- Handling day-to-day administration to keep everything running smoothly
- Problem-solving challenges that pop up-because property management is never boring!
- Conducting routine inspections and providing detailed reports
- Negotiating lease renewals and rental increases to benefit clients
- Liaising with trades and service providers to ensure quality property maintenance
- Keeping up with industry trends and legislation changes to stay ahead of the game

What You'll Need: - Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License (a must!)
- Ideally 6-12 months' experience in real estate or property management
- Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
