The Role:

Working alongside an outstanding leasing consultant, you will be a part of a team 'in tune' with the diverse and vibrant nature of the Western Suburbs. Monday - Friday, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing an extremely neat & tidy portfolio of only 180 properties
  • Communicating with landlords and tenants when required
  • Conducting ingoing & outgoing inspections
  • Completing repairs & maintenance management
  • Arrears control
  • Assisting with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
  • Working towards targets and KPIs
  • NO weekends, NO leasing, and NO accounts

The Candidate:
  • Previous Real Estate Leasing experience is preferred
  • A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
