Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to work a hybrid WFH and in-office role.

- Monday to Friday only, no weekend work
- No trust accounting, no leasing, no BDM duties!
The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of circa 140 properties
- Support with out of office duties
- Entry & exit condition reports
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople
- Maintenance and repairs
- Preparing for and attending QCAT as required
- Ensuring compliance is up to date
The Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in Property Management
- The ability to work from home and autonomously without supervision
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Drivers license
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships
