Job Description

This extremely rare opportunity has opened within an innovative agency who are all about providing excellent service to their clients using the latest technology and holds a fantastic reputation across NSW, VIC, and QLD. Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to work a hybrid WFH and in-office role.

The Role:
  • Managing a portfolio of circa 160 properties
  • Minimal out-of-office duties
  • Dedicated assistant for out of office duties
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople
  • Maintenance and repairs
  • Preparing for and attending QCAT as required
  • Ensuring compliance is up to date

The Requirements:
  • 2-3 years experience in Property Management
  • The ability to work from home and autonomously without supervision
  • Hard-working and honest work ethic
  • Trustworthy and reliable
  • Current QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Drivers license
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships
