The Role: - Portfolio of 150 properties with Administration support & routines assistance & leasing support
- No Trust Accounting, No Leasing, and No Business Development
- Servicing and building strong and long-lasting client relationships
- Handling maintenance and improvements
- Tribunal preparation & attendance
- Escalated issues within the portfolio
- Delegating and managing your assistant
- Using Property Me software
The Candidate Needs: - Previous Property Management experience at a senior level
- Must have 'tools of the trade' - Certification of Registration & Drivers License
- Experience using Property Me would be beneficial
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships
- Proficient knowledge of the Queensland legislation
- Immaculate presentation and superior communication skills
