The Role:
This is an opportunity for a Property Manager to join a growing and evolving business. This role will see you taking care of a tidy residential portfolio. With a Leasing Consultant and Accounts for support, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing repairs & maintenance management
- Conducting rental reviews & lease renewals
- Coordinating ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Handling escalated arrears management
- Tribunal preparation & attendance
- Coordinating the interviewing and placement of prospective tenants
- Ensuring that high-quality services are consistently provided to owners and tenants in the management of their properties
- Developing new business to build the property portfolio
The Requirements:
The successful candidate lucky enough to secure this opportunity will have at least 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. A Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration is essential as well as a reliable car and a valid driver's license. You will be extremely well-spoken, well-presented, and have strong communication skills. A successful candidate will also:
- Possess strong administration skills
- Be organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Harness the ability to provide a high level of service.
- Have knowledge of the local property market
- Possess excellent people skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
