A specialist consultancy provider to property investors, providing advice and solutions to those who are looking to build their property portfolio as professional owners. With a vast knowledge of the Perth property market, you will be exposed to other areas of real estate, in turn expanding your current knowledge and skill set.
The Position
Working in a heavily supported team within their residential division, you will manage an investment portfolio of approximately 120 properties with a handful of owners. Support includes shared PM admin, leasing agent, outsourced inspections & PCRs, allowing minimal travel and flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
The Candidate
- Completed your PROPERTY MANAGEMENT REGISTRATION
- Experience managing your own portfolio or an experienced Assistant/Leasing Agent looking for your first, smaller portfolio.
- Tidy presentation and a team player approach
- Strong ethics and integrity
