Responsibilities
We run almost all our hotels on leases, so the successful management of our leasing framework is key to our overall business success. We have developed a reputation we're proud of amongst our landlords, and you'll contribute to the ongoing optimisation of these relationships by strategically managing, supporting, advocating, and reasoning in all aspects related to property management, owners corporations and leasing.
Your accountabilities will include:
- Execution and enhancement of our Property & Leasing Operational Framework, ensuring our business interests are protected and lease commitments met at all times.
- Management of our leasing portfolio, including renewals, rent reviews, new property onboarding, and property management.
- Management of Owners Corporation matters through proxy, including influence of OC budgets and spend, OC liaison, and business representation and advocacy.
- Management of property operational licence compliance.
- Leasing, OC and Property Management administration support to the operations teams and corporate office.
- Optimisation of stakeholder relationships with OCs, landlords, landlord property managers and third parties.

Desired Skills and Experience About You
We work in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same, so we're looking for people who are adaptable, enjoy variety and operate with an ownership mindset.
The successful person must have:
- Approved Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or a Visa with approved working rights).
- Residential property management experience.
- Understanding of Leasing and Owners Corporation obligations and procedures (beneficial).
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships both internally and externally with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The confidence to manage queries and disputes.
- The ability to self-manage your workload and operate within a busy day-to-day.
