Property Manager We are looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring excellent service to both landlords and tenants, and maintaining high occupancy rates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of property portfolio.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance is carried out.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and manage lease agreements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a property manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of property management regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
