We are looking for a Quality Coordinator to support the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems on a civil construction project based in the Brisbane Area. This role will assist in maintaining company-wide systems and ensuring compliance with client requirements, promoting quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and implement Quality Management Systems for the project.
- Ensure the Quality System processes are followed and maintained throughout the project.
- Promote client requirements awareness across the project team.
- Develop and implement inspection and test procedures with the Project Manager.
- Monitor subcontractor and supplier activities to ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Record Quality System data accurately, providing feedback for analysis and control.
- Investigate non-conformance trends and recommend process control improvements.
- Contribute to Risk Assessments, SWMS, and THRCs.
- Participate in critical incident management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience in quality assurance within civil engineering or construction.
- Strong knowledge of client standards and civil construction quality systems.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Current driver's license.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
