Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, with a focus on commercial transactions.

This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review.
  • Advise clients on real estate matters, including zoning, land use, and environmental issues.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial transactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
