Receptionist - Permanent Part time Position

At Regis, we recognize the importance of the role our reception team plays in delivering excellent service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized receptionist to be the face of our home in Bunbury for 2 days per week.

Situated adjacent to the beautiful Forrest Park, and just a five-minute drive to the coastline, Regis Bunbury is located in a quiet residential precinct of Bunbury. Our home has easy access to boutique museums, local shopping areas, public transport, and a wide variety of cafes and restaurants.

How You Will Support
- Answering all telephone enquiries.
- Maintaining files and documentation.
- General administration and data entry.
- Stationery ordering and petty cash management.
- Assisting with staff rosters and training schedules.
- Ensuring efficient operation of the front reception area.
- Assisting with visitor enquiries and conducting home tours.
- Providing administrative support for other departments of the home.
What You Will Bring
- Previous experience working in a busy reception role.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity.
- Strong accuracy and data entry skills.
- PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel).
- Ability to learn internal software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills.
- Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment.
- Bright and friendly demeanor, with a willingness to assist with all customer and resident enquiries.
To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply an NDIS worker screening clearance or Police Check, current influenza vaccination, and certification proof.
