About You:
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an in-house or agency environment.
- Strong ability to utilise LinkedIn Recruitment and other sourcing tools to proactively attract top talent.
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies, including direct sourcing, headhunting, and building talent pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and coach hiring managers.
- Strong understanding of hiring best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements specific to the finance and real estate sectors.
- Ability to assess cultural and values alignment when screening candidates to ensure long-term fit.
- Knowledge in finance and mortgage broking is desirable but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Shortlist and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and guide hiring managers on best practices.
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruitment to run targeted campaigns and proactively source candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles.
- Manage job advertisements across multiple platforms, ensuring optimised reach and engagement.
- Partner with leaders to understand role requirements and provide strategic recruitment insights.
- Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and selection processes to improve hiring decisions.
- Provide feedback and recommendations on candidates to decision-makers.
- Maintain structured recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to measure hiring effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Certification in Recruitment, HR, or Talent Acquisition (desirable).
- Relevant industry training or demonstrated practical experience in recruitment processes.
