Part-time (0.4 FTE), Fixed term position for 5 months
Based at Campbelltown Campus

About the role
The Placements Hub are seeking a part-time Compliance Administration Officer who will assist students to prepare for their journey to their placement and other employment enhancing experiences. They will work on administrative tasks including NSW Health student compliance triaging, system and database use and maintenance, reporting activities, and other identified placement and WIL related activities.

This position will actively liaise with Schools, students, external partners and stakeholders, and will be required to regularly work across campuses and occasionally work outside of core hours.

About You
To be successful in the role, you have a tertiary qualification in administration or relevant field, and/or extensive administrative support in using databases and systems in a placement or similar environment. You can demonstrate your analytical skills and the ability to interpret, understand and apply legislation and policies. You must display a high level of oral, interpersonal and written communication skills and demonstrate a systematic, but flexible, approach to work while working well within a team. You have demonstrated competence and experience in adhering to rules and regulations whilst utilising databases, systems and relevant applications to manage and maintain information with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 5 $39,808 to $ 45,018 p.a. (comprising Salary of $33,638 to $38,041 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)

Note - the above salary range is 0.4 FTE of the full-time equivalent rate.
