Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate legal issues.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Represent the firm and its clients in court proceedings, if necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to manage and resolve complex legal issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 1 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably in civil law.
  • Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Proven experience in corporate law, legal writing, and compliance.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to draft and review legal documents and contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong ethical and professional standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
