We have a rare opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Adelaide CBD in the Office Leasing team focusing on providing expert advice on commercial office space to our clients. As a Sales & Leasing Executive, your role will be to proactively identify opportunities and secure leasing deals, deliver expertise to clients, and promote the Knight Frank business within the market. Supported by your manager and the team.

What do our staff think?

Office leasing in today's environment is so much more than filling a vacancy. It's about understanding the philosophy of an organisation and how space, location and amenity can best support a tenant's success. The best outcomes in leasing come from working as an extension of our client's business, understanding their drivers and strategy, and aligning this with the delivery of a lease term that brings a new or enhanced customer relationship to the table." - Andrea Roberts, Partner, Head of Office Leasing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out systematic canvassing for new business and clients
  • Review and assess assets and provide recommendations
  • Negotiate and transact the leasing of properties
  • Coordinate elements of marketing campaigns
  • Provide regular activity reports
  • Foster strategic alliances, business partnerships and relationships to encourage cross-selling amongst departments of Knight Frank
  • Develop strategies to increase the department's market share and improve profitability

Who are we looking for?

Join a team where the uniqueness of our people is celebrated, contribution is rewarded, and voices are respected and heard. A place where everyone has the chance to perform at their best.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in the property industry, either complete or near completion
  • Knowledge and experience of the commercial property industry
  • Sound understanding of valuation and commercial property sales/leasing process
  • Real estate license or certificate of registration (essential)
  • Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • The ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Flexibility and the willingness to work as part of a high-performance team
