Position Requirements - Knowledge or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of University policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of business support software including word, spread-sheeting, database systems and email.
- Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including an ability to liaise with a diverse group of internal and external clients, responding courteously and professionally when dealing with difficult clients.
- Providing a professional administrative support to staff and clients including the prioritisation and time management of work activities, analysing work processes and implementing best practice within an administrative environment.
