Segment Marketing Manager Engagement & Retention is responsible for leading and delivering a range of marketing strategies and initiatives to support the engagement and retention of members across all brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to enhance member relationships, engagement, and retention across all life stages and brands.
  • Oversee program execution, collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers to deliver targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Design and implement marketing programs based on a strong understanding of member needs, lifecycle triggers, and business drivers to drive growth and retention.
  • Execute cross-channel campaigns, utilizing paid, owned, and earned media, while analysing audience insights to create impactful customer journeys and strategies.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness, drive continual improvement, manage budgets, and mitigate marketing risks in line with regulations.

What you will bring:

  • Degree in Marketing/Business and proven experience in financial services marketing, especially with B2C audiences in banking, wealth, and superannuation.
  • Strong understanding of superannuation, banking, wealth, retirement, and investment landscapes, along with sector challenges.
  • Proven experience in customer-contact strategy, campaign execution, segmentation, targeting, and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills; data-driven and results-oriented.
  • Skilled in relationship building, guiding creative teams, managing projects, multi-tasking, and problem-solving to meet deadlines and manage risks.
