HAYLO People are experts in Personal Injury and General Insurance recruitment. Currently, we are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join a multi-national brokerage located in the heart of Melbourne.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a minimum of three years' experience in insurance broking (specifically in real estate) and exposure to a diverse range of commercial risks. The role offers an excellent platform for managing your own client portfolio and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

• Salary of up to $110,000

• Handle a variety of tasks encompassing account management, servicing, and administration.
• Reviewing and managing policy renewals, endorsements, and amendments to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
• Maintaining strong relationships with insurers, clients, and colleagues
• Working closely with underwriters and claims adjusters to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive service offering
• Engage in training and mentorship sessions to enhance technical expertise

• Hold a Tier 1 insurance qualification
• Eager to develop, learn, and play a key role in the team
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Comprehensive knowledge of a variety of commercial insurance lines
