Your Mission Senior Accounts Payable Executive - Join PUMA Oceania Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career with a global leader in sportswear? PUMA Oceania is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Executive to join our dynamic Finance team. This role will oversee and manage the end-to-end accounts payable process across Australia and New Zealand, including PUMA Cobra Golf.
Key Responsibilities As a Senior Accounts Payable Executive at PUMA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the accounts payable process, work with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your expertise will help drive seamless financial transactions across Australia and New Zealand.
- Accounts Payable Management - Process high-volume invoices, including stock and international payments, in line with PUMA's authorisation matrix.
- Reconciliations & Reporting - Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, creditor statements, and intercompany invoices.
- Process Leadership - Support and guide offshore AP assistance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Expense Management - Manage the Zoho expense system for credit card and employee expense claims.
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Process Improvements - Identify and implement efficiencies to enhance accuracy and productivity.
