Part of Lutheran Services Intercept at Caboolture is a not-for-profit community organisation that provides early intervention and prevention services for young people and their families in the Moreton Bay region. Intercept delivers targeted support programs, unique to young people and their families' individual circumstances, that support them to achieve their goals/improve quality of life.

About The Role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders, directing inquiries to the appropriate teams.
- Manage office operations, including financial administration, resource coordination, and general correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, archiving, and document handling with confidentiality.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and staff training coordination.
- Support rostering, payroll processes, and fleet vehicle maintenance in line with policies and safety standards.
- Oversee compliance tasks, including WHS, risk management, tenancy duties (if applicable), and IT support for staff.
About You:
The successful applicant will:
- Experience in a similar role with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage tasks independently.
- Capability to handle conflicting deadlines while ensuring compliance with required clearances (NDIS, Blue Card, and Driver's Licence).
- Desirable: Background in office finance management or experience in the disability, mental health, or community support sector.
