To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Beverages team. Reporting to the Marketing Director for Beverages, this role will lead our Energy Drinks portfolio, driving strategic growth and managing all aspects of the Marketing Mix, including expansion, communications, innovation, activation, and partnerships.

Responsibilities - Portfolio Strategy: Devise and execute the Energy Category Portfolio Strategy for growth and expansion, utilising key consumer tools and collaborating with the Insights Manager.
- Brand Strategy: Lead brand planning and the 5-year innovation strategy, develop marketing strategies, and ensure creative excellence and media transformation.
- Global/Regional Alignment: Build relationships with global and regional energy teams for innovation and communication partnerships.
- Business Strategy Development: Collaborate with AU and NZ bottlers to deliver business KPIs.
- Agency/Supplier Management: Develop and manage relationships with key marketing agencies to ensure effective and integrated brand initiatives.
Qualifications - Leadership & Communication: Minimum 7 years of sales/marketing experience, strong people management, team leadership, and the ability to influence and persuade.
- Marketing Strategy & Brand Planning: Proven success in comms development, media planning, TTL program development, innovation, research, and agency management.
- Project Management: Strong planning and organisational skills to manage and execute projects on time and on budget.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in developing strong cross-functional relationships and managing stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Technical proficiency in data analysis to gain insights for business decisions.
