We do this by providing entertainment, gaming, and leisure experiences in a safe, responsible, and ethical way.

As our Senior Business Analyst reporting to the General Manager Transformation, you will be working on our financial crime workstream, contributing to the uplift of end-to-end financial crime processes and systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide business analysis skills to support the effective implementation of the financial remediation uplift.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate workshops to define detailed business requirements (functional and non-functional) for technology implementations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in risk management, regulatory compliance, controls, obligations, and corporate governance.
  • Develop and document "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee MPP (Master Project Plan) and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management to ensure project success.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation to support compliance and governance frameworks.

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a background in risk management or corporate governance.

  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Exposure to highly regulated work environments is favourable.

Please be aware that eligibility checks are required as part of the recruitment process and ongoing employment for this position.
