In this role, you'll:
- Collaborate with Regional Rail Fleet program managers, business leaders, stakeholders across NSW TrainLink, TfNSW and external suppliers to identify and document business requirements and specifications, including 'as is' and 'to be' business processes and procedures related to the acceptance and introduction of the New Regional Trains into service.
- Review the end-to-end set of requirements to ensure they are accurate, consistent, verifiable, approved and change controlled.
- Plan and undertake research and analysis to support program level decision making.
- Produce documentation and deliver communications which ensure a common understanding of requirements across all stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification appropriate tertiary qualifications from a recognised tertiary institution or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst with exposure to large and complex projects.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- You excel in stakeholder management, effectively communicating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver comprehensive business solutions.
- Proficiency to manage project documentation and enhance team collaboration.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
- You are adept at leveraging various analytical tools and methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
