THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, this position works within the Technology business unit to provide Business Analysis services, supporting the delivery of Finance One systems and products, as well as initiatives that enable the business to meet its strategic goals.

Every day will offer a new challenge, and you'll be able to help us meet those challenges with your all-round analysis abilities. Your day-to-day will include, but not limited to:

Business Architecture

• Work with business leadership to develop business models, structures and thinking that support the improvement and growth of Finance One.
• Develop, manage and maintain key Finance One architectural models, such as the Value Chain, Process Overviews, Capability Model, Operating Model and Customer Journeys.
• Develop, implement and support key frameworks and associated platforms and technologies, including the process improvement framework, content framework, process platform, and content management system(s).

• Serve as a liaison between Technology and all other business units to understand and gather business requirements needed for improvements across all aspects of Finance One's People, Process and Technology landscape.
• Review end-to-end business processes to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks and improvement opportunities.
• Capture 'as is' and model 'to be' business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Gather, validate and document business requirements for system implementations, modifications, and enhancements.
• Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, and outline the anticipated business impacts of change.
• Support product conceptualisation, and definition and prioritisation of work, as part of Finance One's agile product development process.
• Translate requirements into high quality user stories, including personas and acceptance criteria, ensuring the stories can be tested both functionally and non-functionally.
• Evaluate and compare third party vendors and assess strategic fit.

• Assist the Development team in testing bug fixes, enhancements and new features.
• Conduct UAT sessions with stakeholders.

• Develop training material, and deliver training when required.
• Support business transition and help to establish and embed change successfully across processes and systems throughout the organisation.
• Work with Finance One's commercial and service teams to educate them on Finance One's products and technologies, answer queries, and support preparation and delivery of product/system demonstrations.
• Support delivery of user system support for technologies that deliver Finance One's key processes, including systems such as originations, onboarding, customer care, credit assessment and credit management applications, and new systems such as customer portal and mobile applications.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• Tertiary IT degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of the Agile Manifesto and its impact on organisational culture.
• Demonstrated experience delivering agile initiatives in high-performing teams.
• Proven experience as a business analyst in process improvement, technology projects, and software product development and delivery.
• Experience in Business Process Modelling and Business Process Re-engineering.
• Experience working within or delivering complex programs of work.
