Senior Contracts Administrator required for a $105M commercial project about to kick off in Canberra with further growth forecasted in the region.

Roles and Responsibilities - Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
- Progress claim assistance and external variations
- Review, negotiation and finalization of subcontracts
- Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
- Administration of RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants
- Administration of the project HSE system
Minimum Requirements - Senior and mid-level construction/building contract/commercial management skill set with experience managing head and subcontracts on government building projects
- Aspiring contract administration level; demonstrated experience in leading subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built form projects
- Industry relevant degree qualification
- Familiarity with Contract Law principles & construction specific Acts, codes, and Regulations
- Confident & collaborative communicator
- Self-motivated and ability to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions
- Process and system appreciative
