Our client, a leading financial organisation, is seeking a skilled Senior Digital Business Analyst to support the delivery of a cutting-edge greenfield digital banking project. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes.
You will:
- Gather and document business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops to map user journeys and business processes.
- Develop workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies.
- Work closely and collaborate with UI/UX design teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage delivery prioritisation.
- Use Jira to manage project tasks, backlogs, and sprints.
To be successful, your CV should highlight:
- 5+ years of experience in digital banking or fintech environments.
- Strong Agile practices, including backlog management and user story creation.
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a digital environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Workflow Automation and Process Mapping (Appian experience highly beneficial).
